We just happened upon this wonderful jewel..off the beaten path....and yes, even though we were in Germany, we couldn't resist going back for more of this wonderful Italian food..more than once! Food is delicious, and service very friendly and helpful!

Greeted with a smile and a glass of sparkling wine while our table was prepared, this place is very busy so a reservation would be highly recommend, haven't been there in a year but the owners ( I think Antonio & Donato ) remembered us and even knew the wine we had last time... We both had a very tasty rib eye cooked to perfection medium rare.. a hard thing to get these days, served with pepper sauce. For desert we had tiramisu, after coffee the bottle of grappa was produced ... twice ... everything was perfect. Lovely, lively and good value for money at €80 for a meal for two starters, mains, desert and a good bottle of red wine.

I have been to this restaurant several times with varying numbers/groups of people. It has always been a great experience. The food is very good, authentic and reliable. The service is attentive without being over the top. There is a variety of choice on the menu, ranging from pizzas from around €5+ (extremely good value in my opinion) to main meat and fish dishes around €20. There is also a very good wine list. One tip: make sure to make a reservation! It can get very full, and the set-up/design of the restaurant doesn't really allow for long periods of waiting (no where to wait comfortably).

My daughter and I ate at Padelle D'talia early on a Saturday evening. One of the owners waited on us and could not have been friendlier or more helpful. We had a Del Burino pizza, that we thought we would share as an appetizer, and it was much larger than we had figured; and it was good. We each ordered a pasta; cannot recall the names, but one was a ravioli style stuffed with a cheese, pesto, pine-nut mix, and the other their special with an Italian sausage. Both were cooked perfectly and really good. A nice glass of the house red topped off a great meal. On top of it all, the price was very reasonable; less than 40 euro for the pizza, 2 pasta dishes, 2 glasses of wine, and a large bottle of still water. We will definitely return. Steve P.

Entered there together with my spouse after reading the excellent reviews, and we confirmed what we read, excellent food, services and atmosphere.
