We had the best lunch of our entire trip here, and three days later returned and ate the same meal again. Since we both have fairly high standards this is praise indeed. The setting is wonderfully old-fashioned ornate, the music was equally old-fashioned and suited the atmosphere perfectly. The service was neither too fast nor too slow, the food delicious as was the wine. The waiters were friendly and there was plenty of room at each table.
There are plenty of outside tables for those who like that; and multiple indoor tables too.
Highly recommended. If you do not like cramped tables and loud groups of people with ghastly rap music blaring out, and appreciate good cooking with a short-ish menu, try here.
