We joined group tour and stay on April 27 ,2018. Have breakfast next day morning April 28 . We noticed a waiter keep standing beside the cappuccino coffee machine, we think he may try to help clients but he was not helping us but stop us to use the machine , he lied to us that machine is not working whenever anyone from our group approached the machine. My husband saw couple of persons using the machine and got their cappuccino, when he lined up he was stopped by the same waiter. We don't understand why we paid for it and was refused to get a cappuccino ! We have been traveling a lot , this is our first time to have save terrible experience from this hotel, when I tried to voice out to the front desk , the guy ignored me and just handed me the business card and ask me to make a complaint . They just don't care of customer services at all !
