Food and beer was good but the highlight was the excellent serving staff with a good sense of humor. We enjoyed the company of one of the serving staff, Michael, who was very helpful and friendly and cracked jokes, gave us a good laughter after a tiring day.

The food was good, the place is nice and the menu is okay, but service needs to improve, they have to understand that their main market is tourist people and adjust to multiculturality. The server was very rude and impolite when he was told a dish was not served as asked, he gave a silly explanation and excuse for his fault in a really disrespectful way. How disappointing.

This place was so good I came back every single night. Brilliant serving staff dressed in traditional Bavarian dresses and so friendly. Menu in German and English.
Ate only Bavarian dishes ....and beers.

Baked cod with potato salad. Amazing value and I must praise the waiting staff again for their speedy and attentive service. Also had good red house wine. try it you'll love it.

Enjoyed the Bratwurst Skillet at €12.80 and also the strudel. The food was very nicely presented and our waiter was very attentive.

Stayed at the Aloft next door and ate and drank here a couple of times. Pleasant, helpful staff - happy to cope with my school boy german, responding in english. Had the cheese platter which was easily big enough as a snack for two and similar could be said of the breakfast. Coffee wasn't up to much - is there any good coffee in Munich?
