This is a new restaurant, very near our hotel, so we visited the outdoor place. Very good food they had, the group was all happy, and though the service in the beginning was not the best, we were "friends" later on. Can absolutely be recommended.

Very nice place for real German style pub experience and food. Located just opposite the main station. Offer wide range of bear and German wine. We tried and enjoyed my favorite Riesling white wine. I ordered duck roast which was amazingly tasty and huge quantity. The waiter was very friendly . very reasonably priced. Very happening and cheerful ambience. Real value for money.

Our server was not patient at all!! when we colder decide on our meals instead of offering assistance, he slammed his pad down and huffed! When our food arrived, instead of the stuffed cabbage, I received the char dish. Although it appeared well plated, it was not what I had ordered. When I called over our server, he pointed to the stuffed cabbage in the menu and told me this us what I had ordered. I chuckled as he skirted off. I asked another name server who attempted to identify a slice of bread as potato. It wasn't until a debate server identified my meal as char and informed me that the stuffed cabbage was sold out! Disgusted with the experience! However, if can forgo good service for a possible good meal, have at this spot.

Stopped in the restaurant -- directly next to our hotel -- Aloft. Very new inside -- but can also sit outdoors where smoking is permitted. we opted for just a snack -- Potato Soup -- and Pretzels, plus a glass of beer! Excellent! Great service, homemade food. Prices typical of Munich. Will definitely return!

This restaurant was hardly located and our first meal in Munich so there was little expectation however after travelling through Europe we pleasantly surprised buy how good the food was. We had a variety of meals and both my 7yo and 16yo plus the wife were all happy which most men would agree is no mean feet! We could not finish any of the meals as the size was so generous however the value was excellent.
