We came to this place a couple of nights ago with some friends to have some drinks, the place and cocktails were very much ok, but the music was SO LOUD that we were in the table yeling to each other trying to have a conversation. The waitress spoke to us almost in sign language cause we couldn't hear anything! I mean if they are gonna put the music this loud take the tables away and make it a club, cause is seriously imposible to talk!! I wouldn't come back... Maybe the food is better

If I have one complaint - it is that the portions are too large!

This is really lovely mexican restaurant, they seem to have lots of offers - the night we were there, there was a happy hour on cocktails. We had nachos, and they were fine, though there was no peppers or chillis. We both had enchilladas and they were huge portions, so if you are going to visit, make sure you are very hungry!

Tijuana offers seating inside and outside in a tent. The tent is heated, so even in winter time you can sit outside. The food is good and the service okay.

We were a table of 6 that arrived at 7pm on a Thursday evening. The host was gracious enough to "find" us a table even though he said it was fully booked (yet half the restaurant was empty). We started with some Happy Hour (€5.50) drinks, which were fantastic! We ordered a few appetizers, which were good, and although the Nachos were HUGE they were only lightly dusted with cheese. The service was a little slow however by 9pm the restaurant was full and it was obvious that they were struggling to keep up. The manager could have easily scheduled additional waitstaff. When we ordered some mains I was surprised to see that they replaced our plates and cutlery with fresh ones. The mains were average, nothing exceptional. I particuarly liked the ambience; low lighting, nice music (not too loud or too soft), the palm tree type decor and seating. As for value, the price is in line with the other restaurants on Leopardstraße with maybe a + €1-2 differential on the main dishes.

i've rated this experience as "Very Good" for the atmosphere, presentation and overall value for ambience. My recommendation is to book a reservatio and get a table in the back, first it is more secluded and quieter than the front. Second, the back is open so you'll get a nice breeze on hot sticky nights.

To management; 1) replace your arrogant Host 2) Reevaluate your staff schedule and bring another waitress on during your happy hour.

This place is very busy with students and after work groups. It is only so-so for drinks and happy hours food (chips). The dinner items are not very good. Items listed as spicy are not hot. The cheese just melts into pools of oil.
