The apartment is fantastic, I really like it so much, it is well furnished in a quiet area and near to city centre. My kids love it. Car park is available and free near by the apartment and the owner is very kind and helpful. The apartment has a coffee machine and fresh milk with water.

Clean apartment with modern furnishings. Very close to a bus stop, which was convenient for travel into Munich (~20 minutes by public transport). Most amenities were available in the apartment, although we noticed there was no shampoo or conditioner. The shower design was a bit odd -- it was situated in the center of the bathroom and at floor height, such that water ran across the bathroom floor when either of us showered. (The water had to be mopped up and the rest left to dry on its own.) Finally, on our final night, our wifi did not work (i.e., the password we had been given and previously logged in with was "incorrect"). As neither of us has an international data plan, this was a pretty big inconvenience (we couldn't even contact the hosts for help!). Overall, an enjoyable stay with some minor points for improvement.

We (a family of 2 Adults, and 2 children) spent 2 weeks in June in this really comfortable place. A very modern, luxurious apartment with all amenities that are needed. The small parking and garden around the facility is also very convenient and nice to spend some afternoon time in. All supermarket facilities and other shops (pharmacy, coffee shop...etc) are within walking distance 3 minutes. There is also a variety of restaurants around the area that are very nice to eat at. A large Garden is also within a few minutes car ride and has large beer gardens and a nice walk along the river Isar.
The apartment has 1-bedroom, although we used it for 4 persons, an extra foldable bed can be added to the living room couch, which is used as is for the 4th bed (not very comfortable for an adult). The kitchen was very well equipped with all facilities and a Nespresso Coffee maker, microwave, and dishwasher.
The bathroom, while comfortable, the only issue will be the shower as it is on the floor and not inside a cabin, so there is some cleaning to do after every shower.
The bed in the bedroom is comfortable and there is adequate storage space.
The distance from downtown Munich is very short, it used to take us 13-15 minutes by car with many available parking space downtown.
The WiFi is very good and was arable at all times.
It is worth to mention that the air-conditioning is not very effective, but the weather was not hot anyway.

Room Tip: The Ground floor apartment is very accessible. Yet other rooms in the floors are probably as convenient, but no elevator.

Very clean and Ursula Foon explained everything beautifuly. Public transport worked a treat with a bus stop opposite the apartments, and the S-Bahn ten minutes walk away - we were more then happy. Did everything we wanted to do in Munich with no problems whatsoever. Certainly cheaper then staying the in the city centre (5kms away). Very happy with it all. Thanks very much.
