For the price I paid. I expected at least a decent night's sleep and a tranquil stay. The bedroom wasn't clean and there was no soap in the shower. The air con didn't work and instead of changing my room, the staff just opened the bedroom window (letting in the hot air from outside). A very condescending response from the staff. I had a terrible stay and more importantly sleep. Extremely let down. More

Stayed in Ibis hotel all over Europe. I have no complaints at all.
This hotel is nice and basic. It has got everything you need in the room.
Staff is always nice and polite. They always there to help you as best they can.
Bar as always nice, got all kind of drinks you pretty need.
Breakfast was really good, plenty of food to start my day.
I am always happy when it comes to stay in Ibis.

With the IBIS brand you generally know what you're going to get and this is no exception. No frills but clean. Reasonable bar and nice reception area. The thing that did stick out was that the staff were all very friendly which made for a nice business stay. Not much in the direct area to do but only a short ride to restaurants etc. Would use again.

This is a standard Ibis product. The facilities are minimalist but clean and good value. The staff are helpful. The rooms are small with a capsule bathroom not unlike a cruise ship . We have used Ibis hotels elsewhere and find they all maintain a good standard for a bargain price. This hotel is somewhat isolated but there is a tram linked underground connection to the city centre for which the staff will provide information and a map. There is a small supermarket and Vietnamese cafe about 15 minutes walk away.

The room was clean if spartan. This was a typical Ibis hotel--few amenities, small rooms, especially small bathroom. It was adequate our our two-night stay. The hotel is not convenient to much. The dining area is rather small and right off the lobby. Food was fine. They didn't offer many options for breakfast, but the food was fine.

We stayed at this hotel on the last night of our bus tour and thank god that it's only 1 night. Like others said, the room was very small, with 3 people sharing, there's no room for anything. There's no luggage stand provided and not even one towel! We had to call to request them. The bathroom smelled of urine and there were stains on the door. I don't even know if they cleaned the room before handing it to us. Carpet was stained and filthy. The closet was tiny with only 3 hangers. We arrived very late at the hotel and had to leave early the next day, so we didn't bother to file any complaints. So I'm writing this review to reflect my experience at this hotel. I definitely will not recommend it.
I would like to offer my sincere apologies for the problems regarding the house-keeping. That is unacceptable and below our standards. Please rest assured that I have already looked into this and taken steps - and within my team I will make sure that negative experiences are a rare exception in the future. We also sincerely regret that your experience with the the size of the room did not meet your expectations. Please allow me to inform you, that the size is standard at our hotel category. I would like to ask you to give us another chance. We would be honored to welcome you again.
