The staff are very friendly and positive. The hotel is modern, clean and very nice inside. The location is ideal for exploring the city, museums, parks and many other - near the station of S (local trains like metro, but for long distances) and U (Underground). Very easy to get from and to the airport.
The breakfast is not just good but excellent and sophisticated.
It is a quiet place without night life for those who love peaceful staying and good sleeping.More

I selected this hotel at Westpark because I planned to do the parkrun during a visit to Munich. It was very easy to both get to the park on the Saturday morning and also back into the city. A short ride on the underground from Harras station. The hotel itself was very clean with an average sized bedroom. The staff were very friendly both at reception and in the bar. We didn't eat there- breakfast seemed quite expensive. The gym was a bit limited but the sauna was a very good size.

We stayed here for several nights with a tour group. It was nice and the staff were friendly. The rooms were a little small. It is conveniently located near a train station and there are restaurants within walking distance. We had a buffet dinner here our first night in the hotel restaurant that was out of this world! The breakfast buffet was also incredible!

It is an ordinary hotel with nice and helpful staff. Breakfast is very good.
On the other hand I went to the dinner and it was not a great experience. Honestly I would not recommend even to eat fries.
Room decoration is very strange, although bathroom is nice and clean. They tried to achieve a feeling of cosiness (at least in the reception area) but they failed.
The feeling is plastic.
If you want to sleep over and be close to the city center with good connection to public transport plus a good breakfast this is a fair choice.

I was in restaurant only, ordered steak medium but on the plate was well, well done, I heard sorry. the wine they open not on the table but some were. Pumpkin soup was very good and it is only good information.

Spent 3 nights with wife and son. Great and helpful staff, have us an extra room for free as we had booked online for an accommodation for 3 adults and they did not have a room with extra bed.
Breakfast was just great and the S Bahn station is just a short walk away giving great connectivity to Munich hbf and wherever else you want to go. I would surely go back to this hotel again.
