Description: Prime quality chocolates in a cozy cafe, right in the heart of Munich`s Old Town, this is Chocolaterie Beluga. Come and visit us and enjoy a tasty experience in our little world of chocolates, right at the Viktualienmarkt. Besides of our best selling hot chocolate "a chocolate-on-a-spoon" that we serve in 30 different flavors, simply enjoy our handmade Belgian pralines, our "Best Brownie in town", breath taking espresso, cappuccino and much, much more. We also serve a variety of homemade ice creme specialties in summer. You have to try them.

The hot chocolate there is really amazing. You can pick from various kinds of taste and they bring you hot milk into which you put in a cube of chocolate with wooden spoon and you wait until the chocolate melts. So good. The shop looks very cute. But unfortunately it's very small. And also in my opinion very pricey.

Choco Tart is amazing, brownies are ok, but I wasn't impressed. I didn't like coffee. No Internet access, but that is so at most of the places in Munich, based on my experience. The place is too small, only two tables inside. I went there for a cake, not for a hot chocolate, and with respect to that the offer is very limited. There's plenty of hot chocolates on the other side. The place looks very nice, it's cute and attractive. It' also quite expensive.

This is a very smart little chocolate shop / cafe on the edge of the Viktualienmarkt. What they do they do very very well. We didn't try the chocolate (though we do buy a couple of gifts) but we did try their coffee which was as good as we had in Munich. Definitely worth 5 stars!! Thanks.

In this small and cosy place we had the best hot chocolate we 've ever had.
There over 30 flavours to choose and melt in hot milk along with a great variety of chocolate bars and spreads. Any chocolover must go.
Also the staff was really helpful and friendly.
We will definately visit this little gem again when we are around Munich.

The shop is miniscule and even when it's not busy the service feels as if it was. Overall though, the product is excellent and the staff are very nice and helpful.

Only 2 minutes away from Marienplatz and all of the city centre attractions so take 15-30 minutes out of your busy travel schedule to sit back, relax and enjoy an amazing warm drink.
