A very modern hotel. Rooms were very clean, comfortable and had sufficient facilities. Hotel had a gym and sauna facility on the lower level which looked excellent but we unfortunately never had chance to use it. Free WiFi throughout the hotel and free access to large touch screen computers which are handy if you are waiting around or have something to look up. The hotel is situated about a 3-4 minute walk from the Hauptbahnhof (Central Station) which is very useful for getting around the city via the transport links. The Marienplatz (Main Square) is a further 10 minute walk from the Hauptbahnhof and the underground system frequently provides trains between the 2 if you don't fancy walking. Would definitely stay here again.

We have just returned from our stay in Munich and decided on this hotel having seen an offer on a website. The offer was for a reduced rate and free soft drinks from the mini bar and free breakfast. We booked 2 rooms (my partner and I & my parents) and couldnt wait for our trip.
When we arrived, we were greeted by a nice lady who provided us with information on local bars etc.
Our room was great, very modern with a superb shower. HOWEVER. We had no toilet tissue, which is no biggie and our parents room had no soap (again no biggie).
I had seen reviews on her about poor staff and decided that I wasnt going to be one of those fussy people who moan about silly things.
Our stay was for 3 nights. On our 3rd night, we arrived back at our room at about 4pm only to discover that both rooms hadnt been cleaned! We told reception about this and they just said "whats your room number", and that was it, so we sat in reception expecting someone from the hotel to come over and apologise to us and perhaps offer a free drink for the inconvenience but we got nothing, they didnt even tell us our rooms had been cleaned (30 minutes later)!!!
All throughout our stay, our glasses and tea cups were not changed or cleaned and bottles we had taken from the minibar which had been left by the bin, were still there.
Upon checkout the lady was very rude and just asked us to pay, she didnt even say thank you and have a nice day and pleasant trip home. I even said goodbye to them but no-one responded. Very poor again. Like Ive said, I dont like to moan about silly things and in fairness their breakfast was very nice. If you look at my other reviews I never complain over nothing!

Staff - buck up your Ideas !

Room Tip: good location for people arriving late from train station

Great new hotel in the center of Munich, near the main railway station. Hotel opened this year. Modern decoration based on the classics of world literature. New high-speed lifts. The modern interior and equipped rooms. Large fridge-bar, safe for laptop. High-speed wi-fi internet. Excellent and rich breakfast. The room is large beds with high mattresses. We lived in a room that overlooks the courtyard and soundproofed windows great. The staff is attentive and helpful.
Of only minor flaws. For example, the bathroom is separated from the living area only glass wall without a door. Therefore, if someone is taking a shower in the morning, the other person will not be able to sleep. Sound insulation between the bathroom and living space available.
Throughout the hotel there is not one for those who want the balance to weigh your luggage.
Among the TV programs are no programs in Russian (although this is a problem only for those who speak in Russian).
Other shortcomings in the hotel is not available. Everything is fine!

- checked in promptly.
- very quite modern room; well furnished.
- business oriented breakfast buffet. Good enough for short stay and quality of food was very good.
- very friendly and helpful staff. Special thanks to Omar Lazaro, sorry if I have misspelled your last name.
- free room wi fi and breakfast was included in our room.
- rooms were hot and AC was going to take 2 days to fix Which was so later than our departure.
- approximately 10 minutes walk to marienplatz which is mainly your shopping and eating District. Amount your walk you will still find Alot of options surrounding you from all directions.
- approximately 7 minutes walk to the main reason station. Hauptbhanhof. For intercity and inter state transportation.
- view overlooks schools and maybe business buildings, close the curtains if you want your freedom.
This hotel can cover it all from terms of service and location.
To sum it up:
- service 9/10
- room 5.5/10; 2 deducted for the non opersting AC.
- breakfast buffet; variety: 5/10. Quality 7/10
Location: 8.5/10

Will go there Agsin? Very likely.

Please let me know if you want to know more.

hotel new, therefore all modern. Very cozy numbers, there is a lot of light, there is a safe, a teapot and cups. Good bathroom equipment. Furnish of numbers is devoted to various books. I managed the number "War and peace"))))
Interestingly, it because I izrossiya? or casual lottery?
I am absolutely happy with hotel and I can recommend it. As good breakfast and restaurant (though little expensive dinner in the evening)

Stayed here for 3 nights with my Girlfriend during November 2012...

Decor of the hotel was fantastic, rooms were clean and tidy with all the usual amenities (the shower was awesome!), and the bar was a pleasant place for a quick drink before heading out / night-cap before bed... Also planned to make use of the gym facilities / sauna in the basement but never got round to it!

Location was convenient for the station (approx. 5mins walk to Hauptbahnhof, one of the main stations on the Munich U and S-bahn network) and approx. 10-15mins stroll into the main city centre in Karlsplatz and Marienplatz... Albeit the hotel seems to be located in a Soho-esque area of the city - lots of casinos and "table dancing" bars to walk past before you got there! No problems with walking around the area safety-wise though, nor did we have any problems with noise at night, would just say it's hardly as picturesque an area as the city centre! Although the late-night kebab shops were pretty convenient...

2 minor bad points we experienced:

1) The main corridors leading from the lifts to your room are BOILING! Minor I know, but don't think it would take much to turn the thermostat down!

2) The staff on the reception desk we spoke to weren't the most helpful with regards to guiding us around the city... Whilst they were able to provide a map and point out a few landmarks, one lady wasn't able to provide much help with getting a ticket to the football at the Allianz Arena ("just turn up to buy a ticket, not sure how much they cost, check the Internet to see what time kick off is") and one gentleman didn't even know what / where Dachau was as he "had only lived in Munich for a month"... Armed with a guide book anyway and the brilliant Munich transport system this was a very minor problem, but if I was to suggest one improvement it would be to work on this area of their service!

All in all however I'd say this was a fantastic hotel to stay in, helped make our weekend away even better and would definitely recommend it to anyone who was thinking about visiting the city...

Just returned from a break to Munich in the Eurostars Book hotel. Its a really nice, clean, new hotel and the staff were excellent. Our flight was an early one, so I emailed the hotel ahead of our arrival, to ask if we would be allowed into the room early, or failing that, did they have somewhere we could leave our case until check-in time. I got a reply saying they'd do their best to let us in early, which they did. On check-out, we were allowed to leave our bags with them as our flight was in the evening.
The room was nice, plenty of storage space, the walk-in shower had the biggest shower head I've seen in a hotel and also had a hand-held extension. The bed was comfortable with lovely big pillows.
The hotel is very close to Hbf station and the location is generally very good, though there are a fair few adult clubs in the area.
It seemed to us that the whole of Munich was under construction at the time or our visit, but thats hardly the hotels fault. Great hotel, will return.
