We stayed here in one of the 'suites' during Oktoberfest this year. While the term suite may have been an exaggeration (the room was barely divided into two), it was still reasonably comfortable for 3 people. The hotel was a very good price, despite the fact that it was right at the beginning of Oktoberfest.

The beds were comfortable, the room and bathroom were clean, and there was plenty of hot water in the shower. Though the neighborhood is a little residential, the U-bahn stop is right out the front door and connects to the city center in a few short minutes. The only complaint would be that the windows opened on to a street that was quite busy and loud. It might not have been so bad had we not needed the windows open, but this being a trip for Oktoberfest... it was a necessity. So if noise is a dealbreaker for you, you might want to look elsewhere. (The wi-fi was a bit fiddly too, but that was made worse by the three of us trying to share a single login...) For the price, though, I think it was a very good deal. I will certainly consider returning next year.

Small rooms with all amenities just enough for a night's stay. Clean and well maintained. The Plus point is the Underground Rail elevator is just in front of the hotel. Commuting was really easy to and from the hotel. Friendly staff too.

Room Tip: Front looking rooms offer a view.

Comfortable hotel across a metrostation. We've stayed here at the oktoberfest so the pricing gone up so I can't judge the pricing were it is very high Wright now. Rooms are small but have very good beds and are clean. Bathroom; clean and nice. The hotel is kinda 'German luxury';).

Situated right at the top of the hotel, there's no lift to the top floor so you have to carry your bags the last flight. Inevitably at the top the hotel is hot - which would be fine if the air-conditioning worked - but it did not. I was told they were full so they could not switch my room so on one of the hottest nights in September I just had to swelter it out! Wifi was flaky and only worked for a couple of minutes at a time and not at all on the morning I was due to check out. I could not get hot water consistently in the shower either. when I checked out and told the receptionist all of this she just said 'ok' - when obviously, it is not ok. The bed was comfy and the receptionist on check-in was nice - those are the only nice things I can think to say.

The hotel was quite empty, but stuck us in the furthest corner room above a restaurant that was noisy till a very late hour. The room was on the first floor and as the AC did not work, we had to open the window and have the smoke from people smoking downstairs drift into the room along with noisy truck traffic in the main road. Additionally, the Wifi only worked in the lobby, the staff were rude and the safe was broken. We asked to check out 2 days early due to the poor conditions and were not only not asked if we'd like move rooms, we were charged for the additional nights that we were not staying, as they deemed this to be a 'cancellation'. Still in an ongoing dispute with Booking.com and the property to get a refund. The hotel actually accessed our reservation and modified the pricing when we asked to leave early. Unbelievable. On the upside, the location was good, free street parking and the staff had good dining recommendations nearby.
