I spent my first night in Munich in this hotel, and really liked it. The room I had was nice and quiet, and the next morning there was a real treat in store - one of the best buffet breakfasts I have had anywhere. There was a very wide selection of food including some unusual German specialities. Also some excellent juices, fruit salads, and tasty cheeses. It was so good that I didn't even need a lunch that day.
The location of the hotel is in a busy street within easy walking distance from the main station.
All the staff were very friendly and helpful, and another nice touch in this hotel is the free bottle of fizzy water in the room.
I was very impressed with this hotel - esspecially the breakfast.

The photos on the interent are accurrate, what you don't see is the opposite side of the street has a number of strip clubs. However everything is expensive in the city, and since I was going to Messe each day (trade show) it was very convient to get on the U2 line and get back. Walking to the Karstadt grocery store eachnight to buy dinner etc.
The rooms are clean and having one of there Jr Suites gave a little more room for a 9 night stay.
If your going with a young family you may want to look for something else, however for any business traveller its more than fine. Great breakfast spread each day nice and early..
Would stay there again if on a similar type of business trip.

3 days into the BAUMA exhibition, we were sent to this hotel due to overbooking. It is right next to the railway station, on a street full of strip clubs. Not pleasent at all. We checked in late, because we worked at the Expo, needed 4 rooms and were given rooms for smokers, even though we has asked for non smoking. The rooms were tiny, with minituare beds. At night there was a lot of light coming in from the neon signs.

We were amazed at how much we were charged! We were given an exceedingly good rate when considering the quality of the hotel. This is indeed the best value hotel we have ever stayed in. The room was an amazing 5 m x 7 m with bath, shower and loo and a complimentary bottle of fizzy water
Everything is perfect. The location is near the station - yet no noise - the hotel has been renovated in the past few years. The main centre is within 10 minutes walk. You have a Lidle's just round the corner for those inexpensive essentials and a Gucci store within feignting distance.

A family run hotel with super staff, a bar and the breakfast... well, it goes without saying!

We arrived two nights before the Ocktober Fest and experienced the start. Munich is definately worth a visit. It's worth doing the bus tour - wish we'd none the longer one and just shop til you drop!

Hotel is just a few minutes walk from the railway station and the underground station. The area looks to be quite dodgy, but the staff said it's always secure there and I really didn't experience any issues with walking to the hotel after 22.00. Is was very quiet in the room. The staff was friendly, room was big and clean and cozy (not just comfortable), but there was not much light there. Mattresses and pillows were too soft. Breakfast was average.

The Hotel is located really close to the main Munich Station. Like most station areas there are a few dodgy places on the way from the Station to the Hotel.

Once you get through the door the Hotel is oasis of calm. The rooms we had were warm and clean with good facilities. Breakfast was good.

Stayed just one night. Close to train station - within walking distance. On a somewhat "sketchy street". Front desk was helpful and directed us to a wonderful Barvarian resturant. The room was spacious, clean and the bathroom was large. There was no air conditioning - luckily we were not on the busy street side and could leave our window open all night.
