I stayed here for only a night in February.
The Good: The rooms are modern, clean and well lit. The water pressure in the shower was amazing (great for jet lag). I had a single and I was surprised by how roomy it was. You can't beat the hotel for location if you want access to public transportation. It's only one train change from the airport, and when you get off the U6 with lots of luggage in tow, there's an elevator right to street level across the street from the hotel.
Airberlin lost my luggage and the front desk clerk was amazing stocking me with essentials for a few days. I wish I'd gotten her name, she was great, and helped me navigate the luggage telephone hotline to get an update on my luggage, also gave me directions to a couple of stores to replace some of the key things I needed while I got my bag back from the airline.
The bad: the mattress was creaky, loud when you turn at night, and not
really great for support.More
