Good hotel, clean well appointed rooms, friendly staff who are willing to help and the restaurant and breakfast is excellent. Location is good, a 5 minute walk into the shopping areas of Munich, across the road from the railway station and tram station is on the doorstep.

Doubt if you could find a more convenient hotel - right opposite the Central Rail and Metro Station. Two stops to Marienplatz, Direct tube to the Airport or take the Lufthansa bus that runs every twenty minutes
Staff are very helpful, hotel has been recently refurbished so rooms are in good condition. SIngle rooms are small but adequate, attached bathroom.
Did complain to the reception that the AC did not work, action was promised but it stayed as is, no AC. If in the height of Summer, I would not want to stay at this hotel.
Bar and restaurant. Breakfast 18 euros, walk across to the Central Station and there is a huge choice of food and drink to select from.
Internet - cost 10 Euros a day.
Very little noise, so good insulation between the rooms. Fast lift. Popular hotel with tourists and business users, largely I suspect due to the location.
Decor (reception and bar) is a bit weird, a mix between pseudo old and new, the original building I thinks date s back to the 1890's.
I would have rated this hotel at four stars (value) had the AC worked.

Thank you very much for taking the time to write a review about our hotel. We regret very much that the AC did not work properly in your room and agree to you that this problem should have been solved soonest. If this should not have been possible you should at least have got a feedback about the continuation of your complaint. We hope that you left our hotel nevertheless with an overall positive impression and are looking forward to welcome you again in our hotel.

My wife and I stayed here for just one night after our car broke down in Munich.

Our vehicle rescue company had originally booked us in to the near by Winters hotel just 20 yards away for one night's emergency accommodation. The reception staff at Winters were in a shambles and I thought it best to take a look at the room before checking in - I am glad I did, it was like a youth hostel.....

Eden Hotel Wolff to the rescue! For just 50 euros more than Winters (per night per room), we were treated to a little oasis of calm just opposite the busy and rather rough looking mainline station, Hbf, but convenient for the City and onward travel. The rooms were very well appointed, clean, varied, interesting, comfortable - equiv to a top end 4 star hotel. Breakfast was included in the room price of 149 euros per night and there was wide choice of cooked and continental buffet breakfast. The reception staff were really courteous, helpful and cheery - none of that ambivalent attitude that one can sometimes experience in Bavaria from those who work in the tourist industry. The hotel also had a very smart sauna and solarium suite with a little terrace that gives a partial view on Munich skyline. Beware though, the sauna is not for shrinking violets, proper continental kit off with a sauna meister.

Worth every one of the extra 50 euros - thoroughly recommend

PS we had a quick look around nearby Charles hotel. That is a very smart hotel in a much prettier location than Eden Wolff, but rack rates are nearly 4x as much. Eden Wolff is not in same league, but much much better value for money in my view.

Room Tip: Rooms are varied, so if they have a choice, ask to look at 2 or 3 - they are very accommodating

The Hotel is ideally situated for business travellers, just outside the main train station.

The room I got was just acceptable (small), but it was clean.
The hotel staff is FANTASTIC, very friendly, professional and helpful.
Breakfast quality was very nice.

I would definately pick this hotel in a next trip to Munich.

My family (2 adults, 2 adult children) greatly enjoyed our brief 2 day stay at this convenient and classy hotel. Our rooms were roomy, clean, quiet, a bathroom to die for and one of the quietest AC units ever experienced. Loved the convenience to transportation and a short walk to Marienplatz dining and classy shopping experiences. Front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again!
