This is an old hotel from the 60s, but well maintained, the hotel staff is very helpful. A problem is the parking situation, as the hotel does not have own parking arragements. They tell you to leave the car in the road. People park in the driveway so it is not easy to unload your stuff from car.

Room Tip: Ask for a room not too far away from escalator. This is a big building...

I have stayed in this hotel three times between March 2011 and July 2012, always for business as we have an office nearby.

A large, modern hotel, it is much nicer on the inside than its monolithic, concrete exterior would suggest. The bar is small but friendly and reception is surrounded by a nice lobby area with free wi-fi, comfortbale seating and some large flat screen PCs.

The rooms are very good and of a decent size. There is a spa and restaurant, but I have always eaten at one of the half dozen restaurants in the square opposite.

It is a little far from the city centre but is near (5 minutes walk) to an Underground station.

I have visited this hotel in February.
I liked it very much.
The place - the transport is near (the hotel is a little bit far from the center of Munich).
Very quiet and green place.
The pool is very good, it was not many people.
The restaurants are good.
There are a lot of restaurants and stores around (you can buy food or choose anything you want).
Quality of sleep - very good. View - ordinary, nothing special.
Room - spacious. Service - very good!
The wi-fi was free in the lobby, but not chip - in the rooms. (I was satisfied by the lobby-internet option like a lot of guests).
The staff was very helpful! I forgot my laptop in the lobby after the check out and discovered it at the airport(! ). When I called in the hotel - the laptop was safe and they even kindly helped me to receive it in my next destination hotel (just sended it to me by the fast postal service).
This hotel is good - for business (or medical treatment) trip.

rooms are larger than normal, bathrooms fully equipped and really large with "amazon showers" built on a podium and large enough for three people to stand in! badtub is also large and the bathroom has a window opening to the room to allow daylight enter the room.

rooms all come with a balcony and we had a beautiful view over the entire city of Munich.

bed was perfect and we had a lovely night sleep as well as good TV and radio.

I booked the room via hotels' reservation officer. I called in for inquiries and this lovley gentleman came up with a very good prmotion that I couldn't notice on the website of the hotel, Starwood's, including full American breakfast.

Paid € 10,- pn for my small pet and also got a huge clean pet's bed upon entering the room via housekeeping.

Full American Breakfast was "large" and "ROYAL" and very good quality for two hungry people and the housekeeping is extremely friendly, so much so they offered to walk my dog! They loved my pet too.

Parking: VERY easy and convenient. There is a local shopping strip mall on ground floor allowing one to buy whatever you need (Sunday's closed) and there are a few cafes in the inner yard too. Westin Hotel is across from the street that also offers a lovely Pianobar and such. NO souvenier shops in the area neither inside both this hotel and Westin which can be a good idea btw to include, but parking is sure worth trying, is safe, is public and yet again secured.

The hotel is not too far from city center and the staff are also very friendly, one of the friendliest I have encountered.

Restaurant is rather small and not that big and lobby is quiet and less lavish although the design of the lobby is modern and a bit 70's with nice touches and pretty pink/viloet colors.

Good hotel if you ask me!

It's a good work / conference hotel. Covers the basics well, rooms are nice and full of natural light.

Location is good for what it is meant to be... don't book here if you're intending to visit or spend lots of time in the city unless you like communting in and out.
