Location is really good from the train station and you could find a lot of restaurants and shopping centers nearby, and also the old town is quite close.
The wireless internet is really good although not free. We use it to watch Olympic at night.
Room is small, but clean and standardized as a good business and tourism hotel.
Although it is close to the main street, but not noisy at night due to the seamless window probably.

Great staff, very helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Easy to communicate with all members of staff as all spoke fluent English. Hotel is in great location near stations, city centre and Oktoberfest venue. Room was quiet and well-equipped, bed large and comfortable, bathroom very modern and spacious. Would definitely stay there again.

Room Tip: Request room away from road.

The hotel is centrally located close to the main station which is its main selling point. It is very convenient to get to from the airport and DB. I booked during a very busy period, so this hotel was verymuch the cheapest acceptable option.

The room is quite basic, included a small TV and clean toilets. The rooms did not have AC. I would suggest not gettting a room facing the main road if you visit specially in the summer as it can be quite noisy if you need to keep the windows open.

Also note that the lift is quite slow and if you want to get in and out quickly, go for a room in the lower floors.

Overall, I would say it is basic accommodation at a reasonable price.

A good base to stay for a brilliant weekend away in Munich. Hotel was comfortable, in a good location. One thing I would suggest would be to request a room in the quiet part of the hotel, I was on the sixth floor overlooking the courtyard. There was some noise and I wouldn't be too keen to stay in the summer months with the lack of air conditioning needing to have windows open etc but I did enjoy my stay. The hotel is close to the station but orientate before heading off. I arrived in the pouring rain and luckily was able to find the hotel quickly. The central station has several exits- I found folloiwng directions to the tourist information centre meant I was in a good location any by crossing the road and turning left I was 2 mminutes walk from the hotel. I did see a couple of beggars but they were certainly not any bother and no more than you'd find in any other city near a main station. I paid a fortune to be here- £330 for two nights (booked in May) but this was due to Oktoberfest and was the same everywhere. I would stay again but it wasn't the hotel that made my trip.

Room Tip: Quiet hotel not on the main street.

Pros:
1. Good location- walking distance to Central Station, a short stroll to Frauenkirche, Marienplatz etc.
2. Plenty of restaurants, fastfood etc on the same road
3. Room was spacious and clean, well equipped
4. Quiet (if you request for rooms that are not facing the main road)

Cons:
1. Agree with other reviewer(s), the lady at the reception (handling the afternoon session) was rather condescending to us, which we find it off-putting.
2. This section of the town seems rather "rough" as there were plenty of beggars. We were having a quick bite in KFC and a beggar came in to us asking us to pass her our meal.
3. No air-con in the room

-Location: center location to to most attractions: shopping, restaurants, Central Train Station and Underground station. In the same road there are KFC, Pizza Hut, C&A, Krass Optic, Galeria Kaufhof, Doner and Halal food....ect.

-Reception and staff: The young lady who were there when we arrive needs to be more welcoming. Howeve, the staff working in the breakfast hall were having nice attitude and smiley face.
-Bedroom: Wide, so clean and comfort but no AC which make it impossible to stay in summer. Bathroom with limited toiletries.
-Breakfast: good with nice environment and helpful smily staff.
-Internet: Strong Wifi signal and cost 4 Euros/24hrs

All in all, Great price and I do really like the central location of this hotel despite the big noise coming from outside busy roads, although our room in the 7th floor.

Room Tip: 7th floor higher level away from noise.

It was a nice enough hotel, with nice staff and a great location. Munich was experiencing a bit of a heatwave with temperatures in the early thirties, and the lack of air-con meant the room got really hot. Opening the window didn't help so much and meant you got woken up by the noise of the traffic. If the weather had been a bit cooler, this wouldn't have been a problem.
