The hotel itself is fairly good, mainly due to cleanliness and central location 1 minute from Karlsplatz.
But their customer service is horrible - twice we got scolded because we didn't want to leave the keys on the reception and worse, after the checkout, I asked the reception via e-mail to go to my room for a pair of jeans I have forgotten there (with car key card in pocket). The manager only kept writing replies that there are no trousers in the room (they only asked the housekeeping staff, didn't go upstairs to check) and that they can't help me.
So the stay cost me 150 EUR for the trousers and 450 EUR for a new key card on top of usual costs.More
