The hotel looked very nice from pictures, which it is for the most part. The bathroom in my room was not fully cleaned and there was a dirty towel. It was better once housekeeping came back next day. The beds are very uncomfortable. I also wasn’t super impressed by breakfast buffet. It was okay and had some nice stuff. Bar staff was okay, but not great. I may look around for other options next time.More

Excellent staff , good fitness and sauna, great breakfast. Hotel has underground parking. Location is in vicinity of U-bahn station, Olympic park, BMW Welt. The only thing I would point out is the bathroom itself, access door to the bathroom is sliding door and made of glass. So privacy is not as it would be. Some maintenance work should be done on other glass door to shower, even it is closed the water can go out and make a puddle on bathroom floor.

Maybe I can suggest you for a hopefully future stay our Deluxe Rooms? Beside more space and other benefits these rooms have a seperate guest toilet with a regular wooden door. The broken sealing on the shower door is unpleasant and we apologize for the circumstances. I informed our maintenance departement, unfortunately we are not able to reconstruct your room number under your name you used here.

The hotel is situated outside the city center, however, there is an underground station 50 meters from the door and you’ll be in Marienplatz in 16 minutes.
There is parking available. Rooms are small but very clean. The only thing I would point out is the bathroom door which is glass so very little privacy, a little weird.
Breakfast is awesome , a very complete buffet for all tastes. Staff os very friendly and willing to help

Great hotel. Friendly staff , meals and good sauna and steam room. Beautiful breakfasts, nice bar and dinner was good also. I spent a week here and was close to train station. Would be definitely happy to stay here again next Bauma.

We are three traveling together and found the hotel to be clean and close to the U-bahn which made moving around very easy. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The only criticism is the bathroom door - frosted glass, not soundproof and opening onto the sleeping area.

This year everything was better and improved. Room is clean, staff on reception far better since last year. Staff at restoran better also than last year.
Every night at lobby bar is different nice music.
