The hotel is situated outside the city center, however, there is an underground station 50 meters from the door and you’ll be in Marienplatz in 16 minutes.
There is parking available. Rooms are small but very clean. The only thing I would point out is the bathroom door which is glass so very little privacy, a little weird.

Great hotel. Friendly staff , meals and good sauna and steam room. Beautiful breakfasts, nice bar and dinner was good also. I spent a week here and was close to train station. Would be definitely happy to stay here again next Bauma.

We are three traveling together and found the hotel to be clean and close to the U-bahn which made moving around very easy. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The only criticism is the bathroom door - frosted glass, not soundproof and opening onto the sleeping area.

This year everything was better and improved. Room is clean, staff on reception far better since last year. Staff at restoran better also than last year.
Every night at lobby bar is different nice music.

Hotel location excellent, easily reachable by car and with Underground (U-Bahn) 3, connecting directly to city center. Is located just next to Frankfurter Ring across the Olympia Park. The Hotel has an underground parking lot, spacy and with direct contact to the meeting hall and reception.
Personnel is very friendly and professional in all departments and services.
Rooms are clean, well kept and roomy.
The Bar is well manned with a large selection of drinks and cocktails, at regular prices. Dinner possibilities and reservations also available in the clean and well-arranged restaurant.
Breakfast also at the same location with a large selection of specialties. Service just great and friendly.
Check out easy, without any issues :)
Trust the second floor is the best to pick a room since is easily reachable not just with one of the four elevators bit also on stairs.
The meeting hall is located two levels below the lobby, offering enough space for 400 people.
