I really enjoyed the vibe of the hotel. Clean wood trimming and a laid back atmosphere. My room was spacious, the bathroom was very nice and modern. Location is very central, and WiFi was strong. The bar/restaurant downstairs was very popular around 10pm on a Wed night. I would definitely return.More

We spent 4 nights at the Cortiina Hotel and on the whole found it very pleasant and practical. The location is excellent, central but on a quiet street with everything you might wish for close by. The room (A deluxe double) was fair sized for a city center hotel, clean, esthetic and very well equipped. Sanitary and electrical installations are new and well thought out and all equipement, including a very good WiFi, worked just fine. Some minor complaints: We were taken aback at first by the arrangement of the room, in particular the fact that the bed faces a wall - but you get used to it. The view from the window is rather sad but at least when the windows were closed the room was quiet and well insulated. The bed may be too hard from some, and getting in and out of the tub (which also serves as the shower) may prove difficult for the elderly. Finaly - the fact that the toilet is incorporated in the bathroom, very close to the bed, and with doors not hermetically closable, may prove disturbing to some. Service, the little we needed of it, was fine and garage arrangements proved satisfactory.

Very convenient to Marienplatz & other popular places to visit. Comfortable room overall (although the individual-sized coverlet/quilt on the queen bed was a little hard to get used to). Only stayed one night but looking forward to visiting again & being able to stay for a longer period of time.

The location near Marienplatz was so convenient in terms of restaurants and catching trains during my 2 nite stay. Nice room facing street on second floor. Hosts were helpful in terms of answering questions. Definitely would stay here again when I return to Munich.

This is a copy of what i have written to the manager. I thought it would be worthwhile posting this here.
I felt I should just write and show our appreciation for a truly exceptional experience during our recent stay. Your hotel is excellent, perfectly presented and kept however that’s not the most important thing.
It is very rare to also find such excellent and hospitable staff who really go out of their way to help and just be really nice. Running up to Bauma you were inevitably busy however you (Henrietta especially was superb as was the nice Ginger haired lady at breakfast) found us two rooms when we had to decamp from the Louis. You transferred our luggage with no fuss, you helped move a parcel later as well and at all times provided excellent service and restaurant recommendations. You even produced a plate of food for one of my staff when closed when she arrived back very late from the Messe on Sunday. That was a life saver for her.
Nothing was too much trouble and we are very, very appreciative of the excellent service provided. We will no doubt stay with you again.

When you travel to Munich try to avoid booking the €300 CORTIINA Hotel
per night hotel!!! I don’t KNOW WHO GIVE 4 stars???
The hotel is well-situated in the center if you’re sightseeing in Munich — but that’s the only good thing that i have to say – sorry I forgot the STAFF are very friendly!!!
The walls it was from paper you can hear the neighbors were loud, the mattress was last upgraded in 1950…pillows
not exist . The owners of the hotel thinking as a cash cow take only the milk without feeding
We pay a lot of €€€€ and NOT SLEEP!!!
