We had a studio apartment just a few blocks from the Glockenspiel. This was the first stop on our 6 city trip, and the only apartment we had booked. We were a little nervous about having rented the apartment, but the manager had agreed to meet us at the apartment instead of the leasing center. We had an early morning flight into Munich, and he was able to meet us before the agreed check in time to get us in our room. We had a small issue of struggling to find the actual address of the apartments, but we knew that we were close, so we just waited for the manager. The apartment was quiet large, full kitchen and living room and bedroom area. Even though we were less than five minutes walking distance to the Glockenspiel, it was a quiet side street and we were able to sleep with the windows open each night. Could not beat the location and price. Only possible downside would be if you ran into any issues, the managers are not easily accessible once they bring you the keys. We did not have any issues, so this was not a concern for us.
