My 3 friends and I are just back from a 5 night stay here and I must say we were all very impressed. The bedroom had 2 single beds,a large wardrobe and a bedside locker. The sheets were changed everyday and we were given fresh towels everyday. Our living room was small but perfect for us as we came for Munich for Oktoberfest so did not plan on staying in the apartment much!Kitchen clean and tidy and likewise with the cutlery.Fridge/Freezer/Kettle/Microwave and there is a LIDL conveniently around the corner to stock up on the essentials. The only slight negative I have to say was that the floors must have been paper thin as we could hear a pin drop in the apartment above us!But overall, the location was excellent and just a 4-5 minute walk from Marienplatz, the main shopping/eating street. We are already planning to stay here again next year!

I stayed for 3 nights at this hotel, together with my husband and our 3 years old son.
We selected it to have 2 separate rooms and a kitchen, and also for the location.

The location is the only good thing of this hotel.

The whole apartment had a bad smell, something like some specific spices.
The kitchen has no window, but it is well equipped with appliances and dishes. The dishes were not clean even though they were in their place in the cabinet. I had to wash every item thoroughly before usage, even the corkscrew!
The walls between appartments are very very thin, we could hear everything from the room next to us. We were lucky that our neighbours went to sleep at normal hours so we could sleep well.

One big and heavy door of the closet fell off and almost hurt our son; it was fixed the next day but we were terrified.

We payed 15 EUR/night for car parking, but the interior parking is very tight, cars are parked one behind another and we had to negotiate with the other neighbours if we wanted to get out of the parking, as there were not enough space for maneuvers.

The personnel was nice, but I am not sure I will go there again.

We travelled with 2 adults and 2 teenages, our superior suite had a double bed in one room and a pull out sofa bed in the lounge, which was ok but not great for the kids to sleep on.
We arrived late at night due to train delays ( snow & ice) and reception was closed, we rang thesupplied phone numer repeatedly but no answer. We had to find another hotel, at 1 in the morning. So not a great start. When we came back next morning they were apologetic but apparently reception closes at 10pm, a fact they forgot to mention whn they confirmed our booking.
Location is good, room was a bit cheap on the finishes, especially the bathroom, felt like it would fall apart when you turned anything on or off. Walls are paper thin so you could hear everything said in rooms either side, and quite noisy at night as a result. Staff were friendly and helpful, not sure if I would stay here again but it is reasonable value for family travelling if you want a kitchen and laundry

We booked a suite superior since the rate we got was very reasonable plus we wanted two bathrooms and the use of a washing machine . It took us about twelve to fifteen minutes to reach the apartment by walking from Munich hbf, and roughly the same time to reach Marienplatz.

We were able to save some money by not eating out all the time since we made use of the kitchen facilities of the apartment. There are food stores and supermarkets (Aldi & Norma) nearby where we bought our food supplies.

Most TV channels are Arab channels and a lot of signs and reading materials are in Arabic. However, this should be no problem if you are exploring the city most of the time and not watching too much TV. The people in the front desk can speak English and are friendly. There is also free wifi available for those who need to connect to the net.

The hotel is very Muslim-oriented - the first group of people we ran into at the reception upon arrival was the harem. All TV channels had Arab subtitles and generally there were many Arab-looking people at the reception and among guests. But that's not the reason I graded this hotel as poor. Although it is very centrally located, the hotel is quite worn down - the furniture is shabby and well-used. The shower is nothing more than a whole in the floor (which was also clogged, so it took about 10 minutes for the water to go down after the shower). But the worst part was the bed (actually all beds, as we were the family of five) - they were so old and used and worn down and squeaky that it was almost impossible to sleep! Overall this hotel was the worst impression from our trip and I was happy we only had to stay there for 2 nights
