The reserved seat is not available and you don’t get a refound for your reservation!
The bus had a delay and the organization is chaotic. I don’t understand why overbook the bus...

We used flixbus exclusively on our 5 weeks in Europe and essentially everything went as planned. Apart from one instance In Brno (70 minutes late without any notification), the buses were on time and departed as scheduled. We did about 10 different trips ranging from 1 hour to 6 hours. Generally the drivers were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend paying the extra 2 Euros to book a seat so that you can avoid the rush to stow luggage and get a seat. We pre booked seats in row 1 ( behind the driver) which was good but if the driver and his partner are on for a chat, it can be quite annoying if they don’t shut up. The wifi (150mb) was good as were the charging points. We’d definitely use flixbus again.

We were advised by the customer service to buy a ticket - and when we bought it we were told that - Ah, sorry, I did not look properly, you cannot travel on this bus. If you want a ticket refund, we will charge you a fee.
Their mistake cost us £6.50 (20% of the ticket price).
Appalling behaviour! This company is a fraud.
