This charming restaurant is tucked away down a side street on the edge of the city centre. The tables are wooden with linen tablecloths; some smaller tables and one the length of the room. The character of the room with hard floors and despite the fresh tulips on each table is slightly austere. The service though was friendly and impeccably good and the quality of the food was of a very high standard indeed. Despite a healthy appetite I was almost defeated by a generous and delicious dish of pork and dumplings. The beer too is excellent. An outstanding restaurant and excellent value.
