We saw on booking.com that the hotel has family rooms available, we drove there but at the reception we were told that they do not have any rooms. We drove back to Nuremberg to find a hotel, could not find any and decided to book this hotel online, via booking.com, and then call the hotel to confirm the reservation and see what happens. We did that, the hotel confirmed and then we drove back 50 km to the place where we were initially. Paradoxically, when we booked via booking.com, the family room was available! The lady at the reception explained us that, actually, that part of the hotel was closed for renovation but, because it was late, she did give us the room. She also said that there was a mistake on the booking.com site, as the room should not have been available there..
We found it annoying that we had to drive around for one hour, late in the evening, and then end up in the same place. Would have been much handier to get the room when we were there first.
For the rest, the service was very good, excellent breakfast and good location for travellers (close to highway).

Dear Guest,

thank you very much for the detailed feedback after your stay in our hotel.

I am very sorry for the complications in that night and will talk to booking.com immediately because in fact there really was a synchronization problem between the website and our house availability.

Because of the renovation we have less family rooms than normal but I am glad that my colleague gave you a room and you had a rest.

Thank you very much as well for your positive feedback about our breakfast and the staff.
We work hard every day to improve our services and make all our guests an unforgettable stay in Fuerth.

I hope we can welcome you soon again in our hotel to show you that we took your comment very serious and avoid such problems in the future.

Best regards,
Stephanie Scherbaum

A nice hotel, good service and a great breakfast buffe'.
A 15 minute walk to the main street, wich was very pittoresk and filled with people.
But the air in the hotelroom was terrible, and extremely hot, even with the window open and the fan on!

No thrills hotel with bed and sofa bed in the room. Good size shower and in summer they have a nice pool area.
Busy breakfast place. Suggestion to Management should be to have big tour groups eat in the conference rooms. Staff friendly and not far away from a beergarden, pizza restaurant. You need a car to get around.

Rooms are clean and bright;
Bathroom is very tight; Bathtub is small : we'd rather haver a shower instead.
Breakfast; wide crange of choice but products are average; fruit salade is not fresh fruits; scrambled eggs are very solid ! .. too much cooked :-(
Staff is helpful and friendly (but not too much).
The main concern is : a lot of families with children, coming here to visit the Playmobil fun park;
that is to say, Young kids crying, shouting and running in the rooms and the corridor.
and I had 4 of those families in the vey close neighboorhood of my room ! The hotel reception should distinguish between business travelers and families and, therefore, refserve a quiet area in the hotel for those who need and appreciate quietness.
Also, soundproofing is quite bad : beween rooms and as well the Windows. The higway is very close and noisy.
At last, parking is expensive : 11.00 EUR per day for an outdoor parking is too much. I am used to pay 10,00 in a "Tiefgarage" in !Nuremberg.

Dear Guest,

thank you very much for your feedback after your stay in our Hotel.

It is very important for us to get the opinion of our guests to improve our services and make all our guests an unforgettable stay.

The daily rate (11 €) for the parking spaces with barrier on the hotel's property is well below the market rate for parking spaces with a comparable standard.

I hope to welcome you soon again in Fuerth to convince you that we took your comments very serious and improve our services every day.
