Like many other reviewers, I agree the trail is worth the time. The hardest part of the day is parking. By noon, everything is full within 1.5 km of the stadium...so get there early if you want to find parking. With children, it took us 30 minutes to walk to the entrance and 30 more to walk the trail. You get a little wet and it can't be avoided because the trail along the edge of the river (the one you pay €5 for) is only wide enough for two people max, so you get water from up above that will fall on you. The longer trail is beautiful, but hotter and not good for young children because of the terrain.
