When staying at an apartment this is exactly what I expect. The apartment was immaculate and very nicely furnished. The owner was very pleasant and answered calls/requests promptly. When we had problems connecting to the internet he immediately sent someone over to work on it and then cancelled the charge because the server was down. Very cozy stay and unexpected perks such as a refrigerator in the hall with wines for purchase. It was out of other drinks, but there was an Agip next door if you really needed something. The fitness room/sauna/solarium doesn't seem to be used often, but is well set up for those who do. We were using it as a base to travel to Garmisch and Neuschwanstein/Schwangau so it served it's purpose. It is well located in the town across from a Lidl, Netto, and Tengelmann.

We stayed here during Oktoberfest, so we wouldn't have to pay an arm & a leg to stay in Munich. Once we got there we were confused at where the office was. After looking around for 5+ minutes we finally found it. We wanted to stay somewhere close to the train station, and this place couldn't have been any closer. It was across the street (along with a Lidl). It was clean, modern, and a great price!

We arrived at Oberammergau in April and it was nice and pretty but you somehow just immediately got the impression that you were missing out on the snow. The whole village was designed for it. But it was a lovely village to see and while driving through it we did not see our apartment. Just when we almost drove out of Oberammergau we saw it on the outskirts and that was about the only thing wrong with this apartment, it’s location and appearance. It was not located in the old town village but opposite of supermarkets and garden centres close to the train station. And despite the building being in good shape, the garden, parking and just the general appearance from the outside looked gloomy (rainy weather probably did not help much). And with the village not looking so inviting it just did could not attract us. And a price of 130 euro a night made us decide that one night was more than enough instead of the booked 2 nights. The owner also owns an electrical repair and the interior of the apartment was just tip-top, but after dinner we got bored, of the village, of the view, of the weather and went to Italy ahead of schedule. A score of 3 will do, probably no recommendation from me this time.
