This hotel is away from the tourist area, but that worked out ok because we had a car. The only problem we encountered was at check-in because the man couldn't speak English and we couldn't learn anything about the restaurant. The room was so cute with slanted bare wood ceilings. There was so much wood it even smelled like wood. The bathroom was funky in that the wall by the toilet was glass on the top half. It might make some people uncomfortable. We are good at ignoring each other so it didn't matter to us. The breakfast buffet was really good with lots of fruit (and bees and flies like everywhere else we went in Germany). The funniest thing was the wi-fi service. You had to have a different code for each device, but you also needed to sign a paper that you wouldn't go to XXX sites for each device. Since the Germans are pretty liberal, we round that amusing.
