I stayed here on a business trip for one night. The hotel is very modern looking from the outside, but blends modern and a homely feel inside.
Reception was so friendly and the lady there (who's name I didn't catch but was the night of 8th Dec) was so helpful. When I asked about the Christmas Market she got me a map, checked how much a taxi would be and told me where to get a taxi back - very reassuring for a woman travelling alone.
My room was on the 2nd floor right by the restaurant but I didn't hear any noise. It was clean, the shower looked amazing (though I didnt use it) and quite large. Two slight gripes, not chain or deadlock on the door which made me feel slightly uneasy and the bed was two twins pushed together so there was a tiny gap.
There is no mention of room service in the room but there are posters in the lift! I wasn't hungry so I just grabbed a snack from by reception, not very expensive.
I didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that.
The hotel is a €14 taxi ride away from the city centre so if that is why you are visiting I suggest finding a hotel nearer but for the arena or Mercedes-Benz museum it would be perfect.
I would return.More
