Fancied some Chinese food on a Monday night in the middle of moving house. This place seemed to be the closest.
It's a large restaurant, but even on a Monday night there were quite a few diners and a pleasant hum of conversation.
The evening buffet was on special for 10,90 Euros, normally 14,90, for all you can eat. This included two choices of soup, plain rice, fried rice and noodles, and a good selection of stirfry type dishes, with some deep fried items (prawns, calamari, vegetables) and some crispy duck. It also included a help-yourself icecream freezer!
The decor was very tasteful, with a lovely ambience. The service was friendly, and more prompt than a lot of other German restaurants.
Another table ordered a selection of dishes from the a la carte menu, which looked delicious as they came past our table.
A good selection of beer, wine, tea and other non-alcoholic beverages was also available.
We'll definitely be dining here in the future.
