Using the recommendation of Rick Steve's guide book, we had a relaxing afternoon at the picturesque restaurant. If you sit outside, make sure you are sitting under the umbrella of this restaurant, and not the close neighboring restaurant. Food was delicious, and fresh. We had sauerbraten (special for the day), ratsherrentopf and schweinemedaillon, and everyone was pleased with their choices. Salads were generous and made of fresh ingredients. And across the canal, a flutist/violinist entertained the afternoon with subtle music. Overall, goood food, good service, and ambience. Definitely recommend this restaurant.
