“a classy stroll through the park”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 7, 2013

This park just feels so classy. There are many nice hotels and museums as you walk around. Even in early November, there were roses and other flowers to look at. It has a very different feel than other places. I wish I could have spent more time here.

“Autumn colors in the Allee”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 1, 2013

The trees were ablaze with the most incredible colors I have ever seen. I took so many pictures of trees because they were incredible. I walked and walked and felt so calm and surrounded by such beauty. I am sure it is beautiful all year long, but I think I saw the best show of color in October.

“Don't miss it !”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 31, 2013

It is one of the highlights of Baden Baden, a walk to be taken every day, in the morning or in the evening. A very unusual park, beautiful lawn along a little river, with old and majestic trees and luxury hotels on the other side. At the end of the "allee", if you walk long enough, you will find (especially in June) a superb rose garden, one of the most famous in Europe.

“Brilliant people-watching”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 24, 2013

What a gawpers' paradise. Watching Baden-Baden at play is wonderful. The minks, the lavishly over-dressed, the little dogs in prams, the posers......... take a sandwich and sit and enjoy between April and September. Maybe even in Winter if you dress up. And if you dont like people, then the specimen trees are magnificent. The adjacent Frieda-Burda museum is also often fun.
