we spent a few hours exploring and taking in the sights- beautiful trees and views of the mountains, a heron fishing in the stream, the rose gardens. Nice inexpensive restaurant by the tennis courts too. Very pleasant.

It was a pleasant walk but on a hot day, it was not so pleasant. If you just want to go for a walk on a path in the park looking at large hotels, it is fine but nothing special.

This is a very picturesque road by the stream and the garden which leads to the citicentre of Baden Baden from the hotels.

The walk from the casino to the rose garden is absolutely fabulous. Beautiful large trees, gorgeous flowers and the 'oh so slow' running stream alongside! You can see the back gardens of the posh hotels (including Brenners 5*) as you stroll along and enjoy life! A romantic stroll no doubt about that!
Every time I go to Baden-Baden I must walk this walk of life with my husband! We love it so! We're 39 and 40 years and I hope to walk here for many many many more years when I travel from Ireland to do so! :) Oh enjoy!!

This walk along the allee is always a nice pleasant stroll. The gardens and lawns are immaculate and there are always sections that are pretty. The rose gardens half way along are great, also the modern art museum often has interesting exhibitions (saw Andy Warhole here). At one end there is the Casino and spar which are beautiful buildings. Generally there is something happening there either concerts, stands etc. There is no traffic so it is always calm.
