This place has been here for YEARS and there is a reason for it. Service is good and down-home ( chat with you when not too busy ), and the prices are good. The mainstay is fried catfish - obviously - and they do it well. They bring out a basket of hot hush puppies when you order your drinks and the butter is already on the table. Try not to fill up on the hush puppies or you will be asking for a take-home container. Fried shrimp is light and not over-breaded. Parking can get hard to find on Friday nights but you can just go around the corner and walk a few steps back. Its worth it.
