“Fantastic Pierre Chaud”
Reviewed December 31, 2012

Excellent service, food came very quickly, suberb staff, fabulous food. A touch pricey but it is Val D'Isere. We had pierre chaud and raclette some of the best we have had in the Alps.

“Superbe!”
Reviewed April 6, 2012

We ate extremely well, very good portions. The patron constantly made sure we were all ok and Vincent - waiter was amazing too. It was an extremely busy night and everyone was served with expertise. The food was fabulous. It has been a hit this season with all seasonaires and tourists alike. My friends were really impressed, best restaurant in town this season, for sure!

“Excellent food and very welcoming owner and staff”
Reviewed January 11, 2012

Very pleasantly surprised by this restaurant, food is delicious and service very friendly. We went to this restaurant 3 times in a week and can only recommend it: the home made foie gras is to die for whilst the "fondue aux morilles" is the best fondue ever tasted. local, meat and sea food dishes are all very tasty and reasonably priced.

“Over rated prices under performance service”
Reviewed February 5, 2011

Visited the restaurant without booking - well recieved BUT then the starter order was messed up (ordered 3 soups 2 arrived - no apology!!) eventually 3rd arrived but the first two were only luke warm when they arrived anyway. One of the party wanted an egg on the steak but this 'couldn't be done as it would stress the kitchen' - when all three steaks arrived very poor quality meat - stringy, grissely and chewy - not worth 19 euros. Overall service was poor (probably due to understaffing - restaurant full and only two waiters. Definitely not a 'customer service' orientated establishment - probably living on tourists who they know won't come back.
