We stopped off at St Etienne for the night on our way to the South of France. Saw this restaurant on TripAdvisor and decided to try it. We got there 15 mins early, but the staff opened up for us and made us feel so welcome. We had the house cocktail, a lovely start! The young team were informative, polite and efficient. We were offered an 'amuse bouche' which was very well presented and tasty, the meal itself was also very well presented, well seasoned and original twists on classics. Not a massive choice but that didn't matter. Location - on the edge of the 'old town', you need a GPS to find your way round St Etienne! Worth a detour! Extremely good value for money. They to.d us the building was originally the first ever pizzaria in St Etienne
