O.K. My French isn't that good so I'll continue in English.....I stayed here with a group of friends in February for a skiing holiday and I have to say, that overall we were very satisfied. Yes, the apartments are small but as we have discovered over the years, French skiing accommodation is never generous unless you pay over £300 per night ! Two of us stayed in an apartment which allegedly sleeps four...no chance ! However I slept in the main bedroom (very comfortable bed) whilst my colleague slept on the 'pull out' bed in the small lounge area. We had a great stay, using the kitchen area before breakfast and apres, apres ski ! The apartment was fine for the two of us, very clean and quiet with lovely views of Mont D'Arbois from the balcony. The other three in our party shared a similar room which proved the point that two people is enough in these particular type of rooms. However I do believe that there are larger apartments available here which would probably sleep three of four comfortably. So to breakfast........first day....rubbish...staff seemed to be semi comatosed, coffee, when it did arrive was warm even though I attempted to ask for coffee..tres chaud and scrambled egg arrived at the buffet when we had finished ! From then on things did improve with a good selection of hot and cold offerings and the staff seemed to have had taken some performance enhancing substance ( an opinion not an observation ) !!! The location was very peaceful involving a short walk to the Jaillet ski lift...great uncrowded area by the way. The bus stop to the centre and to the other two main areas was only a five minute walk with buses arriving every ten to fifteen minutes. A steady 20 to 30 minute walk (depending on the depth of snow) to the charming village centre where you need a second mortgage in some eateries. Very upmarket, enchanting, relaxed atmosphere, not really an apres ski resort. Still very nice all the same. So back to base......The aparthotel has a cosy bar on the first floor which is great for relaxing over a few beers. Some tried the outside pool......not for me though, going from 25 degrees to minus 5 doesn't really appeal to my creaking frame ! Personally, I would stay here again and already contemplating returning with my family in 2015...........oh no, my credit card bill has just thumped on the hall carpet !!!

Room Tip: Book a larger room for less people.

This property was adequate but the marketing folks seems to have embellished the truth in the description. First, skiers looking for 'ski-in, ski-out' or ski-to-door should be aware that the nearest lift is not as close as advertised - it is at least a 10-15min uphill walk. Our group of three had booked an apartment meant to accommodate four but we found the apartment to be a squeeze even for three. Free Wi-Fi was part of the package but there was no signal in the room at all - we complained at least twice a day for the first half of our stay before finally giving up as the staff could only manage the feeble excuse that this was out-sourced to a service provider.

Overall, the place was clean and adequate but we left feeling that for the price point (and even for Megeve) this was a property that overpromised and under-delivered.

Stayed in a 2 bed apartment that sleeps 6. Well that is how the hotel positions the apartment but it really isn't suitable for 6. There is limited storage, bedding insufficient resulting in a trip to reception and double beds in both the rooms (why not singles as most apartments have). The other two are on the couch and pull out bed. The kitchen area is so small that it is impossible to cook a meal and the dishwasher is the size of a microwave, in other words useless. The shower is the weirdest I have ever seen in that it throws water over the floor due to the odd design. The toilet (only 1 despite two bathrooms) is so small you have to stand next to the bowl to open the door to exit. There is an underground car park for a fee which is worth having and of course there is a heated pool which was open every day and whilst small was very good. The staff were very helpful and tried to solve all the problems, one of which was a total power failure. The staff arranged for a replacement room which was excellent service.
The location is ok, being in walking distance to a gondola and also in walking distance to the town centre. In reality having a hire car is the best option enabling trips to the supermarket if needed.
We stayed for 3 nights which was enough, any longer and the incredible small room and oddness would have become wearing. I would stay here as a last resort but in reality there are better apartments to stay in.

We were impressed by the lovely log cabins from the outside, but the accommodation itself is way toooo small. This is an Apart hotel which means you have kitchen like facilities and lounge etc. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment which sleeps 6 . The dimensions are so small you can barely open a door or a cupboard without bashing something, you cannot open your cupboard without closing your room door. There are bathrooms, but only 1 very smelly toilet! (I think they might have a problem here with their toilets because the toilets in the main building also had very bad smells) Also cleaning service a little slow and pretty basic and don't do a very good job when they actually do it. One day they still had not cleaned the rooms till about 4 pm, by then it was too late as we were all back in the room by then, so told them to forget it.
The good things are that they have a lovely heated outside pool, which the kids enjoyed after a day of skiing. The hotel is very close to Le Jaillet lift, walking distance, only about 250m. The restaurant serves very nice food so that's a good option if you do not want to cook. The bar in the main block is lovely and cosy for a drink as well. So in summary I think this hotel has a good concept, unfortunately the accommodation falls short on the size of the rooms ,which does not reflect on the cost . We found it to be very expensive for what you get

Hotel is decent. No luxury and wouldnt expect any. Location is average. A short walk from the jaillet lifts with a very wide ski area and connection to other ski resorts, but not connected to the larger ski area of Megeve.
A good 15-20 minute walk to the town center, can be a bit of a hassle.

Apartments are quite big and spacious. Problem is only one toilet for a 6 person apartment, although there are 2 bathrooms.

Staff is very friendly and aims to help. However, without a car, your life could be a bit complicated.
The hotel has an agreement with Hertz, who'll bring you a car for a very decent price, but we only found out by chance on the last day.

Breakfast should finish by 10:30, but at 10:10 you're not that wellcome anymore.
Hotel rstaurant doesnt open on Mondays, but no one cares to let you know beforehand.

In all, just a few small details that could improve experience.

Room Tip: Stay on the first floor. Zero privacy in the ground floor.

Apparently our suite was a deluxe suite for 4. Only one bedroom the other 2 sleep on a sofa in the living area with a drawer that pulls out underneath. Too small for my tall teenage daughters.
The kitchenette is equipped with many pans which I can not imagine using is such a minute little kitchen - it is really only suitable for cold lunches and bit of breakfast. Would have been nice to be given a little bit of washing up liquid and cloth.
This place is expensive for what it is but everything is very new and nice. Just not enough space. This suite would be OK for family of 4 with children under 12 and no intentions of cooking.

Very friendly staff, wonderful little restaurant where breakfast could be had every day. Really a ski in, ski out holiday. Village only a short walk from hotel. Absolutely fabulous restaurants to choose from. Hotel staff very helpful with suggestions and bookings. Only advice would be book ski lessons up front and you wont be disappointed.

Room Tip: Rooms upstairs are quieter.
