I was really attracted by the allergy free concept and for that they should be congratulated. However, the food was rather disappointing. The starter of the day was cold in a cold restaurant, it had coconut milk with something we couldn't work out but it was very bitter and the flavours didn't go together; the main course of fish (which was nicely cooked) was very bland with a tomato coulis that didn't go well with it and no herbs in sight which would have given some good flavours. Dessert was fine. I found it odd that although they want everything to be about good digestion, they served us very cold water, which is not good for digestion. Perhaps they are trying to please too many people with the allergens they avoid. Overall an OK meal, and nice to have something more healthy, but needs more work on the flavours. Hope they take these points to improve their offerings, as would really like healthier restaurants to be successful.

A vegan menu offered in the cart is very simple, especially the main dish. Very dissapointed. The restaurant is very small, there are few tables. In addition, we didn't like the smell, it seemed that there was a problem with the ventilation. This place wouldn't be popular among vegetarians - the menu is too cruel.

I usually like to try as many places as possible when I travel. Not this time. I went here twice in the 1.5 days I was in Lyon. The food was great and while the menu was not vast. there was good variety (chicken, beef, pasta, etc.). Better yet, it was all gluten free and low allergen. If you travel with friends with allergies this is going to make the trip a breeze!
The serving staff was friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help me understand the menu ( I don't speak French but the server spoke a lot of English, and we figured out the rest through charades).
The starters and main courses were fantastic. Wonderfully seasoned and not over salted, the flavors blended perfectly. Someone already mentioned about the tasty dinner rolls, they were yummy too. The only thing I didn't love was the dessert. I think they may use artificial butter, because some of the toppings tasted a little weird. The fruit underneath was good.
Cost for starter, main and dessert was around 22 euros.
You need to try it if you are in the area. There may be a wait at dinner, but it's worth it.

Excellent food, beautifully presented in nice modern surroundings and good central location just a short walk from Place Bellecour or Vieux Lyon.

But this restaurant offers something really special - a place where people with various food allergies and dietary requirements (including coeliacs like me) can choose from a menu without having to worry or ask about what you are eating. For the first time since I was diagnosed last year, I was able to relax and eat out without compromise - a wonderful experience.

The great thing is that everyone in our family party (I am the only one with special dietary needs) really enjoyed it too. We ate from the set menus (20 or 27 euros on Saturday, very good lunch time offers in the week), with 4 choices for each course. I had foie gras with pear chutney and two choices of bread (chestnut and quinoa), then a beautifully soft shoulder of lamb confit, finishing with baked pear with spiced bread - yum. But all our choices were good.

The good news is that the restaurant is making a name for itself and doing well, with both those who have dietary needs and those who don't. Well worth seeking out - I know already where I will be going on my next visit to Lyon.
