I walked by this place during the day a few time and it is pretty nice. Take a look on an after dinner walk when the light are on to get the full appreciation.

Very nice place, the historic rooms are very impressive and we understood why it is known as the most beautiful Hôtel de Ville in France. Visits are saturday only and have to be booked at the tourist information

This is a magnificent site. It is hard to take it all in but definitely worth a stop for a photo. It is a commanding presence. I saw a photo in a museum of a Nazi flag handing outside during World War II and it gave me chills to think of the Nazis taking over this building.
