We were a Brit, a Swiss and a Thai, so fairly eclectic view. We wanted something "typical" and this restaurant delivered. It is situated on a pretty square near the river. There is outside seating but we sat in as it was a cold January evening.
We ate Tartiflette and local sausages - both good. Desserts were well made. The waiters were helpful, and tolerant of our indecision (not something French waiters are famous for!).
It seemed popular with the locals, including their dogs, which is usually a good sign.
