Excellent place to stay. It is perfectly clean and warm. Rooms are very nicely decorated. Staff is very competent and helpful and we would for sure stay there again. Location is also very good since it is about ten minutes by foot to the city centre.

Close to the railway center and close to Minatec, so definitely a good place to place your tent :-) Hipark has everything, comfortable rooms with kitchen and of course free internet. And for affordable prices.....take your pick!

A modern boutique hotel rather hidden away but actually only 50m from the station. Exceptional room quality (style , size, ambience) .. friendly staff (not at all surley when faced with english speakers) and a very good price as well. Recommended!

Room Tip: go for one on the 2nd floor or above .. so people cannot peer in your windows

The price is very good. Excellent value, but it might not be the best place to stay if you like to be catered to. But if you prefer to do your own thing (cleaning, cooking, etc) then this place might be your best choice. Myself, I prefer to be catered to, so factor that into my evaluation. The room was not dirty but it wasn't the cleanest either, and certainly not as clean as the other hotels I've stayed at in France (but this one was much less expensive). The location was fantastic as it was very close to the train station. If you aren't good with directions (like me) then you will want to map out your route ahead of time or use a map application on your phone.

Room Tip: Make sure you are very clear about what you want for your room. We had to do some room juggling whe...

I stayed here for 12 days in late June, not even for once I regretted my decision.

It's very well located just waking distance from the SNCF railway station. Area is pretty quite, and views from the tower rooms are amazing. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The room is equipped with all the aminities including a modular kitchen, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster, vaccum cleaner etc. Most places are walking distance, and you can get basic supplies from vending machine down. I didn't try the breakfast but seemed good.
Internet connectivity is good, u can either use wifi or the wired Lan if you've a connector. TV had 4 english channels all news, so i hardly used it, but internet was sufficient for entertainment.

The negative side could be that complimentary room service is only once a week, so you either clean your own room or pay for it. Also they've put Sofa cum bed, which makes sleeping on them a bit uncomfortable.

Given that I paid seventy euros per night. It was more than worth my money.

Room Tip: try the rooms about 5th foor, for great view of Alps

The hotel is a 5 min walk from the the railway station and bus to the airport, although a bit hidden. It is calm due to this fact. Modern, clean and spacious at least the room I got (asked one to accommodate 2 adults and a 10yr old). It was a one room with an attached living Kitchen. We had a double bed and the sofabed. Nice condition, comfortable, equipped with the basic in the kitchen. I feel it was more spacious considering the European standards. Has some markets around or the marche (5min walk) when available/ weekend. It is not central located but you can get the city tram close by. The comfort is better than in many of the centrally located hotels. Staff is very attentive and detailed.

A nice, clean and modern hotel with kitchens in the rooms, close to the main train station. Furnished in basic, modern style, nothing fancy. One small appearance miss - beds do not have bed skirts so they look a little plain.

One clear downside is the lower end rooms (studios) have sofa beds instead of real beds - you may not be as comfortable as on a real bed. A real mistake on the hotel's part I feel to plan the rooms this way, since anybody who walks into the room will notice the obvious lack of a real bed and feel they're not getting what they expected.

The front desk folks were nice but wanted to charge me an additional fee when I requested a different room with a real bed since I didn't realize mine had a sofabed. In the end they agreed to change the room with no additional fee but it took some effort.

Another downside is you cannot plug in your own devices (laptop/tablet) into the large LCD TV's - the hotel has locked them down so you cannot switch to the AV / HDMI inputs. It's a real shame when hotels do this, it really detracts from being able to watch your own movies when traveling. Review sites should start tracking whether hotel TV's are locked down and crippled in this way, it's a very important feature for many these days.

The free internet works well and is fairly fast (tested at 6 Mbps up & down) when I visited.

The breakfast is relatively expensive so you may want to see what it is and decide rather than paying for it ahead of time.

The hotel is easier to find if you use the maps on your phone.

Room Tip: If you want a real bed, make sure to check your room description. Many of the studios have sofa beds...
