My wife and I were entertained to lunch in this restaurant in Evian by two friends who have a chalet in the Alps and who had been here a number times. We dined on the outside terrace and our friends recommended the menu du jour which they had enjoyed before. It was tremendous value at €18 with all three courses really excellent. A lovely carpaccio of beef with parmesan was followed by whitefish fillet in a butter sauce and finally a delightful dessert of summer fruits and sorbet with meringue.
The restaurant is wonderfully situated on the shores of Lake Geneva and may be more than a little quirky in terms of decor but it is so worth a visit if you are in the area.
