The Cosmopolitan Bar caters to the Hilton's customers, often to people attending a meeting at the hotel's facilities. In the offseason it can appear fairly empty when hotel occupancy is low, making for a very quiet atmosphere. That it opens into the hotel's vast lobby amplifies this effect. It certainly does not feel like a drinking den and, being the hotel's only F&B outlet open all day, is perfectly suitable for people of all ages and dispositions.
I have never eaten here, and cannot recall if there are snacks on the menu. The drink selection is certainly extensive, including non-alcoholic ones.
The small room on its left is often used as a substitute lounge for the executive floor when the latter is unavailable; it has a small selection of snacks and drinks, and executive floor residents can have any drink from the bar.
