Our 4th stay here , a great location at 1650 with bars & restaurants available within a short walk & with the ski lift & ski rental close by . Basic but ticks all the boxes for a short break and would certainly have no problem returning yet again !!

A great Hotel with an excellent location next to slopes, lift, bars and restaurants.
Great value for money and a very accommodating owner who let us (12) keep a family room
for the final day to get showered and changed at no extra charge!
Merci Bruno,
Martin Walker

Best balance quality/price!! Very nice staff, 30sec walking from the slopes, next to many restaurants and pubs!! I really had an amazing stay!
The rooms are very clean and the caipirinha is very good.

We were a group of 4 guys on a boys' ski trip for a long weekend at Courchevel 1650. We needed accommodation that was convenient for the slopes, near restaurants, bars, ski hire shops and the lift pass office.

The Edelweiss ticked all of the boxes. We stayed in a stud apartment across the road from the main hotel and it was pretty much ski in ski out! We could stop about 30 yards from our front door and loved all Courchevel had to offer.

The hotel is at the end of the town, but close to all key facilities as stated. The Bubble Bar is across the road and La Boulotte is next to it - both good places for apres-ski!

The hotel was fine - nice lounge and bar, friendly and approachable staff, and the pool table was a bonus for us - the odd game after a tough day on the slopes with a refreshing beer or mojito went down beautifully.

Breakfast was continental and included and set us up for the day. A

Accommodation clean and warm and although a little basic, all we needed or wanted.

For location and convenience this place is almost impossible to beat!

Do also try and fire and ice bar at the bottom of the slopes at the glamorous hotel Portetta - 4 Euros for a beer at happy hour is not bad for Courchevel / the Alps!

Good location - near everything, and not in a busy street.
Very close to ski slopes and gondola.
Good ski rental shop with great discount for hotel guests and located just opposite the street.
Very warm and friendly staff.
We stay in a room with small kitchen - very convinient and vacation-budget-friendly.
Flexible dates, for those who want to do more than 6 day skiing - we stayed 9 days.
Clean and cosy.
Free WiFi (not as fast as we used to, but seems this is a problem in all Courchevel).
We would return there again.

This is a 2 star hotel but it is perfectly adequate and it is 100m walk to the main lift which opens out the extensive three valleys slopes. It is a small hotel, with few facilities except all the ones you would need for a great skiing holiday. The staff were very accommodating, answering all my questions and allowing me to check out really late without extra charge ... rare in this age. Clean room and breakfast is simple but adequate so hey ... what else do you need? I would definitely go again.

Remember this is 2*. Hotel is in a great location for access to the piste. Staff friendly. We were lucky enough to be able to ski back to the door but that was because we had 24/7 snow over the course of the week, but in any case you can ski back to within a minute’s walk of the hotel. There’s a ski/boot room, 1 flight of stairs down. All the hotel rooms are under the hotel, and there is no lift. Our room was 2 flights of stairs down. We stayed in a double room, which was clean, a good size and very warm. Décor very dated. We had a bath (v small), no shower. Breakfast was continental, bread, cheese, cold meats, croissants, boiled eggs, juice, tea & coffee, enough to fill you up for a day of skiing. There are 2 bars within walking distance with happy hour. Bubble which is almost opposite the hotel, happy hour 5-7 and Rocky which is from 4-8. Curry night is Wednesday night at La Boulotte, which was worth a visit, but you must remember to book and if you’re a vegetarian let them know as they’ll do a veggie curry. There’s a great snack bar restaurant next door to Boulotte that does good food too. Most of the restaurants like you to book dinner and seem to get very busy.
