After reading some of the previous reviews you would feel it was a major risk to visit this establishment but our visit was in complete contrast to those previous ones as the food , value , service was very good and the portions in particular were very generous. There wasn't a fault really and the girl who served us was very helpful and even packed up my wife's desert to take home as she had leave to take baby back. Worth a visit and the set menus are well worth trying if you feel very hungry . We had a range of duck , salmon , chicken and fish and were not disappointed all cooked well and generous with portions .

We were a group of 9 looking for dinner on a busy Saturday night. Our experience here started well in that the restaurant accommodated us and moved tables (and even 1 couple who kindly moved seats also) to allow us all to sit together. Unfortunately thats where the good experience ended.

The service was insanely slow! There were only 2 people working for the entire restaurant. It took well over 5 mins to get a menu, another 10-15 to order and from the time we ordered to receiving our food we were waiting for 1 hour and 10 mins!!!! Needless to say we were starving. The food itself was mixed. Some good meals and some ok. We had to ask for a few items that were missing from dishes. Trying to catch hold of the waiter/waitress to even get water or drinks brought to the table was almost impossible. We genuinely nearly went and filled the water jugs ourselves.

I have jumped between a 2 star and a 3 star review as I dont like giving bad reviews and the staff were pleasant. But for the price paid, they were too busy, the service was not acceptable and the food was only average so I have to go with a poor review.

Excellent quality excellent value and service as it should be. Suitable and sufficiant without pressure between 10 of us from steaks chicken pasta salads deserts. Large portions for personnel of the slopes hit the spot perfect. The gentleman serving fluent in French for our French guest and also English for me. in all fairness no issues at all everyone within the party commented how enjoyable the meal was. Yes ambiance was slight, and the restaurant was quiet during the visit but the food and quality outstanding with a price to match shall return. Awesome local menu, good friendly service, fantastic hearty meals! Service very good, not formal, and very good for kids. Also has very good wifi!

I see now that this restaurant has a new staff a new young team, a new menu, so I come to taste ...
good service, ok food and good atmosphere and normal prices!
I love and I'll return.
