Yesterday my girlfriend and i went there to have a drink and wait for our reservation in another restaurant. In the board outside the bar they are announcing a "deal", a glass of syrah wine that costs 3.5 euros. I know that in Chamonix i couldnt expect to have a wounderful wine at this price, but what they do is a tourist scam. When we tasted the wine, it flavors a piece of the hell. So, i asked the waitress about the bottle and he shows the real one, and i took a photo to taste the real wine before (then i was certain that it was a tramp, cause the wine that they offer us tastes the "vin chaude", but cold. And the real syrah is excelent). Well, finally when i asked the bill they told me that the computer had a problem and the bill could not be printed. Of course, as long as they gave us a fake syraz wine it could not be confirmed by a printed bill.

Stopped here for a quick bite while wandering thru the toŵn. Wouldn't recommend making this the highlight of your day--or trip, but staff was attentive, wine was good, food tasted great--although that was NOT a ceasar salad. Wouldn't go again but we got what we went for--quick food and a drink that didn't break the bank.

Their huge advantage is that they're at the centre of town, and a sort of landmark, However, drinks were pretty average and staff moody. No real character.

1- The variety of food was very limited.
2- The waiter refused to bring an extra plate! it was very strange, plus he didn't understand English.
3- The other waiter was digging his nose eeeeeek. But thanks god he didn't serve us.
4- I have ordered a margarita pizza which tasted like a boxed pizza and the tomato sauce was from a packet that you can find in any grocery shop.
Horrible service overall
