“Great hospitality fantastic stay”
Reviewed July 28, 2010

Warm and hospitable, lovely mountain views, slightly out of town was an advantage in our view and kids enjoyed the hot tub.
Breakfast was excellent.

Just back from 11 nights at CB - we took the whole chalet as a self catering let. Three familes, each with young children under 4yrs - six adults and five kids in total. The Chalet was everything we could have asked for and more - plenty space inside, fantastic safe garden for the little ones (including a swing that they never got bored of), the most brilliant sound proofing - a big positive when holidaying with such wee ones! The Chalet is fully kitted out for self catering and Debbie & Al provided us with some toys for the kids which was much appreciated. We all had an excellent holiday here and hope to re book as self catering again. So much space here that we all had the chance to escape from the kiddy madness at some point! Great place - no hesitation in recommending it!

My husband and I stayed at Chalet Blanche for the last three nights of our honeymoon. Even compared to some rather nice hotels (one in a castle on the coast of Italy!), this was one of our favorite places to stay. The room was bright and cheerful with a view of Mt. Blanc. The bed was cozy (especially welcome when compared to some at previous hotels!). And the location just perfect. A close enough short walk to the town center -- but just far enough outside of the center that it was full of greenery and calm. I could go on and on . . . but suffice it to say that we would enthusiastically go back!

Very comfortable, very friendly, masses of yummy food, really helpful, knowledgable and relaxed chalet hosts and owners making each visit so smooth and simple. When you stay here you feel like it is your home and get spoilt too. Get picked up and ferried about, although it is near enough to the town centre to walk to ski lift or bus stops. Wonderful outlook towards the Boisson glacier. Maybe too much wine and food (for greedy people like me).

From the minute we arrived the service was exceptional. The chalet was emaculate, bedrooms spacious with stunning views and very good ensuite bathrooms. Massive sun terrace and to cap it all a hot tub outside looking straight up at Mont Blanc. The food was delicious starting with a great big breakfast. Also the location is fab as it is just 5/10 min walk from the centre but in a really peaceful location with amazing views up to Mont Blanc. Perfect. I would highly recommend Chalet Blanche and its staff to anyone looking to go to Chamonix or looking for a holiday in the mountains. Thank you to all the staff!!

We enjoyed a wonderful end of season break at Chalet Blanche. My wife and I have been ski instructing for years, so are well aware of the potential pitfalls af chalet accommodation. Debbie and Alastair made sure we had the best experience yet, everything was easy...the rooms were clean and beautifully laid out, the two lounge areas meant we could relax with our 2 young children without feeling as though we were getting in the way of those without kids, the food was restaurant quality (no chalet girl's spag bol here!!) and the personal transport to and from the slopes was a godsend. Then at the end of the day, the hot tub..wow, what a view!! Five minutes stroll into town, so you can come and go without needing lifts everywhere. Can't wait to go back and try a summer break.

The service we received at Chalet Blanche met all our expectations. Our hosts were welcoming and provided us with advice and assistance about the locality and its attractions.

Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet as well as being regularly serviced to a high standard.

The location of Chalet Blanche is superb with spectacular views of Mont Blanc and the French Alps. It is a short walk away from the centre of Chamonix which offers an impressive range of shops and excellent restaurants. It is also within easy reach of a variety of outdoor activities.

What we liked best about Chalet Blanche was its informal and relaxing atmosphere.
What we liked least was the fact that we stayed there for only a few days.
