We were in Annecy for two nights and tried to dine here the first of them, but they were full, so we had to wait a night. To say it was worth the wait is a great understatement, as this was one of the best meals we have had in a while. The dining room is tiny (18 covers) and they only open at 7:30, so seating is at a premium. But the meals!! We went for the "chef's inspiration" where the meal is at the chef's discretion, and we enjoyed every bit of it, from the amuses bouches through three savoury courses to the cheese and dessert. Each was beautiful to look at and even lovelier to eat, and included innovative touches that did not overwhelm the ingredients. And best of all, the price is very reasonable, in fact we spent a good deal of our time there wondering how they can afford to stay in business! Highly recommended indeed!!
