Having passed by this restaurant several times (we are Annecy locals) and intrigued by the name (wordplay mixing 20 out of 20 (full marks) with vins (wines)), we decided to give it a try. We are glad we did - it was a very nice experience! You are given a card which allows you to try different wines from a wine bar (you choose the wine and quantities yourself - it's all automatically charged to a card which you pay for at the end of your meal). The decor is very modern and cosy, the service was excellent, as was the wine. My only recommendation would be that they need to work on their main courses, which were not quite up to the standard of the entrees or the wine. Not bad, but just not that interesting... On the whole an interesting experience - I definitely plan to take my Dad (a wine lover) there next time he is over.
